Seeing Through a Different Lens

At JTVF, we know that grantmaking alone isn’t enough. Lasting change requires greater awareness, understanding, and a shared commitment across our community.

Through our Different Lens program, we stand alongside our grantees by helping to illuminate the lived experiences of low-income families in our region.

For some, life in poverty is an abstract concept; for others, it’s a daily reality. Different Lens invites individuals from all sectors to see our community more clearly — to better understand the barriers many families face, and to imagine how we might work together to create lasting, equitable solutions.
