<p>Support to continue Workforce Connections (WC), a low-income adult education and intensive mentorship program, for an additional two years. Efforts contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in the Rapid City and Black Hills area and enhance collaborations between community organizations and programs dedicated to elevating individuals out of poverty and improving their lives.</p>
